WhatsApp Messaging Policy
01About This Policy
Covalent Bond LLC uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform (WhatsApp Business API), provided by Meta, to communicate with clients and prospective clients. This Policy explains how and why we send WhatsApp messages, how we obtain your consent, how often we will message you, how to stop receiving messages, and how we protect the data we exchange with you on the platform.
This Policy operates alongside — and is incorporated by reference into — our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions · Accessibility. We comply with the Meta WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, the GDPR, and applicable Georgian and Israeli data-protection law.
02Our WhatsApp Numbers
Covalent Bond LLC operates two WhatsApp lines — one in each jurisdiction where we have a presence. Both are official Business numbers and bound by this Policy.
Treat any WhatsApp message claiming to be from Covalent Bond but originating from a different number as suspicious. Verify by emailing support@covalentb.com.
03User Consent to Receive Messages
Before sending you any WhatsApp message, we collect explicit opt-in consent through one or more of the following channels:
- Website forms — a checkbox clearly labelled with the brand name "Covalent Bond" and a description of what you are opting in to
- Click-to-WhatsApp ads — by tapping a WhatsApp button on our Meta advertisements (Facebook or Instagram), you initiate the conversation and consent to ongoing communication on the topic of your enquiry
- QR codes and short links — printed on signage, brochures, or property listings, where the destination clearly identifies Covalent Bond as the sender
- In-person agreement — when you provide your number to a Covalent Bond representative and confirm your wish to be contacted via WhatsApp
- Direct message — when you message either of our WhatsApp Business numbers first
By providing consent, you confirm that the WhatsApp number you supplied is yours and that you are authorised to receive messages on it.
04Types of Messages You May Receive
Messages from Covalent Bond LLC fall into the following categories, each handled in accordance with WhatsApp Business Platform rules:
- Service messages — replies during the 24-hour customer-care window, in response to your enquiries
- Utility messages — appointment confirmations, viewing reminders, document delivery, transaction status updates, renovation milestone notifications
- Authentication messages — one-time passcodes when needed for secure document access
- Marketing messages — sent only to users who have separately opted in to marketing, and may include new property listings, market reports, events, and promotions
05Message Frequency
We respect your time and inbox. Our messaging frequency is calibrated to be useful, never intrusive:
- Service and utility messages — sent only when triggered by your activity or by a transaction milestone (typically a few messages per active engagement)
- Marketing messages — limited to a maximum of four (4) messages per month for users who have opted in to marketing
- Quiet hours — non-urgent marketing messages are sent only between 09:00 and 20:00 local time
You may adjust your preferences at any time by replying to any message or by writing to support@covalentb.com.
06Opt-Out Instructions
You can stop receiving WhatsApp messages from Covalent Bond LLC at any time, instantly and free of charge. We honour every opt-out request promptly and permanently.
To stop messages, reply
Send any of the following keywords to either of our WhatsApp numbers — case-insensitive: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.
You may also block our number directly through WhatsApp, or email support@covalentb.com with the subject "Opt-out".
Once you opt out, we will:
- Cease all marketing messages immediately
- Send only essential service and transaction messages tied to an active engagement (if any), unless you ask us to stop those as well
- Update our records within twenty-four (24) hours so no campaign reaches you again
To resume messaging in the future, opt in again through any of the channels in section 03.
07Data Privacy Statement
Your privacy on WhatsApp is protected by both Covalent Bond LLC and the WhatsApp Business Platform itself.
What we collect
- Your phone number, profile name, and message content you choose to share
- Metadata generated by the WhatsApp Business API (delivery timestamps, message status)
- Any documents, photos, or location data you voluntarily send us
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and deliver the services you have requested
- To send the message types described in section 04
- To maintain accurate transaction records as required by Georgian and Israeli law
How it is protected
- WhatsApp messages between you and our official Business account are encrypted in transit by WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption protocol
- We store conversation records in our secure CRM with role-based access control and encryption at rest
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number or message content to any third party
- We share data only with Meta Platforms (as the operator of WhatsApp) and with vetted service providers who help us deliver our services, all under contractual data-protection obligations

08What We Will Not Do
To remain compliant with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and to respect your trust, Covalent Bond LLC will never:
- Send messages to users who have not opted in
- Continue messaging users who have opted out
- Share your WhatsApp number with third-party advertisers or data brokers
- Send misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
- Make guaranteed-return claims or use high-pressure language ("act now", "only X units left")
- Send content prohibited by the WhatsApp Commerce Policy or applicable law
- Use WhatsApp for cold outreach unrelated to a real estate enquiry
